I am an avid collector of Scotty Cameron putters. I currently have six and am always seeking the next piece of art to add to my collection. You may say they are expensive and wonder if they are worth it.
The new Scotty Cameron Red X3 and Red X5 mallets feature refined shapes with a new glare-resistant Charcoal Mist finish for unmatched looks and feel. Both models are precision milled from 303 Stainless Steel and finished with a black anodized aluminum soleplate with red graphics that conceals the precise internal weighting.
The Red X3 features a classic, single bend shaft with ¼ shaft of offset for the ideal toe-flow through the stroke. Its design takes a classic mallet into another realm of performance and style. Scotty Cameron is known for creating putters that, as he describes, melts into the ground. With the new Scotty Cameron Red X3 and X5 mallet putters, this once again has been achieved. A Scotty putter is always born from a concept and these putters originally were, however these two models are new editions with a history. Scotty created similar putters when he originally entered the Titleist party. Back then a Scotty Cameron was not necessarily a collectible as they are now.
These two putters, the Red X3 and the Red X5 are distinctively designed mallets that sit easy on both the ground and to the eye. The Red series are milled out of 303 stainless steel blocks and no longer have an insert (thank you!). This one piece steel block coupled with a new step-less shaft allow for a great feel.
To find cheapest golf for sale, you can search for some online golf superstore—they are typically less expensive than pro shops, and they have a wider selection of discount golf clubs, shoes, and balls as well. No matter what direction you choose, keep in mind to check for discontinued models of clubs. Often, clubs that were all the rage a season ago will be marked down and sold as discount golf clubs this year. It is not uncommon to save as much as 50% on these discount golf clubs!
